William C. (Bill) Bonner
William C. (Bill) Bonner spent the first two decades of his life in New Mexico, having been raised in an agricultural ranching environment. After graduating from college with a degree in engineering he spent some two years in the U S Army Corps of Engineers during the Korea police action. Separation from active duty in the army permitted the beginning of a series of engineering experiences primarily in project/program management for the next fifty plus years, doing work in most of the 50 states and in several foreign countries.
Bill has resided in Rancho Bernardo since 1996, having moved here from Singapore where was the a corporate director and general manager for a service oriented company charged with challenging opportunities associated with providing multi-faceted support to United States government agencies in South East Asia.
Being quasi-retired, Bill now enjoys association with several local Rancho Bernardo community organizations such as The Rotary Club of Rancho Bernardo and the Rancho Bernardo Community Foundation.
