Larry McIntyre
Larry McIntyre and his family came to Rancho Bernardo in 1977. He also opened his advertising agency here. In 1980 he, along with other leading RB business people, formed the RB Chamber of Commerce, serving a year in organization and two terms as a director.
Concerned about RB history, Larry formed the RB Historical Society in 1982 and served as its first President. Larry has also served as President and board member of the RB Spirit of the Fourth. He, along with his wife Joyce, published the Chamber's first community project, the RB Chamber of Commerce telephone book, in 1980 and has been the publisher of the popular "Little Blue Book" ever since.
He has also lent his talents as a graphic designer, designing logos, brochures and other collateral material for a number of community organizations.
Larry and his wife Joyce have two children and two grandchildren.
